Job Description
We are hiring for a Machine Operator / Helper
Duties/Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operates shrink-wrap machine to package products.
- Consults production schedule to determine products to be shrink-wrapped during shift.
- Performs minor adjustments on machine to accommodate different products to be wrapped.
- Sorts and counts unwrapped products and ensures they are wrapped correctly.
- Inspects and removes defective or damaged products.
- Transports wrapped products to shipping area.
- Performs basic maintenance on the shrink-wrap machine.
- Notifies supervisor or other appropriate staff when supplies need to be reordered.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
