- Handle all the telephonic queries.
- Accommodate walk-in customers.
- Supervise the day to day activities.
- Provide existing and new clients with new promotions and discounts that the head of marketing will coordinate.
- Maintain and develop a good and professional environment in the customer lobby and front area.
- Reporting head of the department on daily basis with different established formats.
