Job Description
- Ensure the smooth running of ERP in Head Office, Warehouses and Shops with -in and outside.
- Coordinate with IT department for any module trouble shooting / implementation / enhancement.
- Supervise and implement new web ERP mdule.
- Provide ERP module training to employees as and when required.
- Facilitate in monthly, quaterly and yearly financial with complete notes and details.
- Review and analyse all ledgers of P&L and balance sheet.
- Ensure the monthly reconcialation of each bank account.
- Closely monitor and reconcile the GL with module reports.
- Monitor the receivable / advanvce / payable and theitr age analysis.
