Job roles and responsibilities

•  Contributing to and influencing the direction of social media strategy
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
• Scheduling copy for release at optimal times and optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
• Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications, search performance, and competitor campaigns
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications and regular KPI reporting
• Work closely with teams to help co-ordinate all integrated online output

• Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
• Resilient knowledge/experience in social media management including their algorithms
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements
• Flexible and engaging writing style with an appreciation for novel insights and ideas
• ability to build and develop strong business relationships
• Extremely organized, strong team player, a creative and energetic personality
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones
• A passion for all things digital
