Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suits them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Experience of years in real estate industry.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to understand and present contracts.
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills and ability to network to build your business.
• Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
