Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent/Broker to join our team and handle property sales and rentals in Karachi's premium areas, particularly DHA and Clifton. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and hands-on experience in property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties in DHA and Clifton.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, rental rates, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property surveys and actively source new property listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients.
• Guide clients through the complete property transaction process.
• Prepare and manage property-related documentation and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations and procedures.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales and rentals, preferably in DHA and Clifton, Karachi.
• Strong understanding of the local property market and current market conditions.
• Knowledge of property documentation, transfer procedures, leasing agreements, and legal requirements.
• Ability to conduct market surveys and generate new property inventory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
• Own transportation is preferred.
