Job Description

The job responsibility is
  1. Find Potential Candidate 
    1. Should know how to use differnt job portals.
    2. Should know how to operate Fiverr and Filter good buyers 
  2. Conduct Interviews,
    1. Able to schedule zoom meetings 
    2. Set Google Calender
    3. Good Spoken English
  3. Employes Management. 
    1. Should know how to use Management Tools like Trello, Jira  ( if doesn't know Company will explain the process )
    2. Assign tasks
    3. Good English writing
  4. Project Management
    1. As this is a software house, so should know how to manage Projects, Agile Methodology
    2. Talk with Clients
    3. Good understandings of client requirements
    4. Prepare Deadlines or Timeline for Client and Employees. 
    5. A Good Researcher. 
In the above points, Company will tell you the existing procedures of the operations. We always encourage those people who want to take the lead and handle difficult situations. 

We are looking for someone to start immediately.
