• Create and maintain web applications & microservices related to our Products
• Full-stack development expertise, specifically in Server-side languages like JavaScript (Node.js), PHP, and React JS (Client side).
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application
• Create and Maintain application’s technical documentation, Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs
• Develop and administer training for peers and colleagues on new systems capability and processes
• Create and maintain application security and development policies using automated tools and/or integrated pipelines (CI/CD)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in developing modern web applications using NodeJS, PHP & React Express
• Complete understanding of both state and props
• Experience with state management using Redux
• js/JavaScript (ES6)
• Experience with PHP frameworks
• Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimization, scalability.
• Good understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis.
• Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Great communication skills, a strong work ethic.
• Ownership of the product from start to finish.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git. Lean, Clean, and Optimized code management.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS, Facebook, etc.
• Experience with Linux shell tools a plus
• Server-side management such as Apache, NGINX
• Experience building responsive designs
