As Federal Account Manager USA, you will be selling ICT products to the US Federal Government ONLY
This includes a team of X sales reps who get the Inquiries (tenders) from the USA Govt and work with vendors on pricing and submitting them. Government sub-contracting is a multi-billion opportunity.
Awareness of USA culture
Not afraid of large numbers and the high number of transactions (multi-million $ quota) i.e. should have worked in a high ticket item product group

Role & Responsibilities
Developing a pipeline of US Government Agencies by representing/marketing ETS’s product/services portfolio & developing strong strategic partnerships
Managing existing relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
Guide and lead team members to build strategic opportunities in-line with ETS’s short and long term goals
Handle complex queries throughout the implementation of the life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
Implement operational practices to ensure quality and consistency of service to the US Government agencies & Departments such as DOD, DOJ, Navy, and USAF, etc.
Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate client resources and customers.
Assist the sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention, and management.
Maintain complete and accurate future/existing client correspondence data.
Assist in making major business decisions.
Develop and update client-related reports.
Negotiate and manage agreements through the business contract process in line with GSA contractual obligations
Identify and develop problem-solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
